1. Waterproof Brass Cable Gland G ,NPT

Waterproof Brass Cable Gland G, NPT's body parts are made of brass, the clamping parts are made of nylon (PA), and the seals and O-rings are made of nitrogen rubber (NBR).

Certificates: CE, IP68, ISO9001, TUV.

Protection Degree: In the specific cable range, and the use of O-ring helps tighten head so that to reach IP68-10 bar.

Working Temperature: 

static: -40 DEG to 100 DEG C, short time of up to 120 DEG C. 

Dynamic: - 20 DEG to 80 DEG C, short time of up to 100 DEG C

Thread Length: The short thread is suitable for holes in thin board holes or equipment with inner thread, while the long thread is available for thick plate. Threaded extension can be customized.

Features: The cable gland is the product of high tensile strength, waterproof, dustproof, salt resistance, acid and alkali, alcohol, oil and solvent resistance.

Material: UL approved- Nylon PA66 ( Flammability UL94V-2) for A.C.F Parts. See Below Drawing. ( Accept to make flammability UL V-0); EPDM rubber is for B.D parts. (Accept to make supper rubber : resist high temperature rubber, resist strong acid/alcohol,etc). 

Product Certification: CE certification, ROHS certification and ISO9001.

Protection Degree: IP68- 10 BAR

Working temperature:  -40℃to 100℃in static state, or instantaneous heat resistance up to 120℃; -20℃to 80℃in dynamic state, or instantaneous heat resistance up to 100℃.

Characteristics: The claws and seals of excellent design,sealing nut hace a “click” sound and re-open, can hold cable firmly and have a wider cable range. Resistance to salt water, weak acid,alcohol,oil,grease and common solvency.

Colors: Black(RAL9005),Gray(RAL7035),other colors are available upon requests.
