Introduction to metal hose joints
Metal hose couplings are a high quality flexible pipe in modern industrial piping. It consists mainly of bellows, mesh sleeves and joints. Its inner tube is a thin-walled stainless steel bellows with a spiral or ring shape, and the outer sleeve of the bellows is woven by stainless steel wire or steel strip according to certain parameters. The joints or flanges at the ends of the hose are matched to the fittings or flanges of the customer's piping. The hose's bellows are formed by extremely thin-walled seamless or welded stainless steel tubes that are highly plastically machined. Due to the elastic characteristics of the bellows profile, the hose has good softness and fatigue resistance, which makes it easy to absorb cyclic loads of various motion deformations, especially in the pipeline system.
