90 Degree Elbow Conduit Fittings is made of Brass and nickel plated. Brass is an alloy of copper and zinc. Brass has good mechanical properties and wear resistance, high strength, good plasticity, and can withstand cold and hot pressure processing.

Protection Degree:  IP67

Thread Type:  Metric, but PG & G Thread can also be produced

Function:  

• 1. Can be used in flexible metallic conduit or liquid tight conduit in Power Plant, Power transmission system, communication system, building factory, railway, train, transportation system project, air conditioner, various machines, automates controlling plant. And it protects the electrical wire or cable outside the construction and plant.
• 2. Use to positively bond the conduit to a box or enclosure.

Material: UL approved- Nylon PA66 ( Flammability UL94V-2) for A.C.E.F Parts. See Below Drawing. ( Accept to make flammability UL V-0); EPDM rubber is for B.D parts. (Accept to make supper rubber : resist high temperature rubber, resist strong acid/alcohol,etc).

Working temperature:  -40℃to 100℃in static state, or instantaneous heat resistance up to 120℃; -20℃to 80℃in dynamic state, or instantaneous heat resistance up to 100℃.

Characteristics: The claws and seals of excellent design,sealing nut hace a “click” sound and re-open, can hold cable firmly and have a wider cable range. Resistance to salt water, weak acid,alcohol,oil,grease and common solvency.
